DO YOU ACCEPT REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES?

Unfortunately due to the nature of photo printing all orders are final, however we will provide free of charge exchanges for any mistakes found on any orders within 15 days.

What is the largest size print I can buy?

Currently the largest sized print you can purchase is 30 x 40 inches.

ARE YOUR IMAGES SAFE FOR COPYRIGHT?

All images purchased on this site contain original copyright and cannot be re-distributed. Copyright is retained by original photographers and any models/actors featured in images have releases signed for commercial distribution.

DO you ship internationally?

Due to our current limitations, we unfortunately are not able to ship internationally. Shipments are made anywhere in Canada and/or the United States.

I DON’T WANT A PHYSICAL PRINT, CAN I BUY A DIGITAL VERSION?

Absolutely! High resolution digital prints are available upon special request. Please click on the email icon in the top right menu to send our team a digital order request.

WHO IS PIXIESET?

Pixieset is a third party company which currently handles all of Frames By Desouza’s custom printing, framing and payments. Orders made will be made directly to Pixieset.

DO YOU TAKE COMMISSIONS?

Unfortunately, Alexander is quite busy and does not take commissions. However new prints are added to the collection yearly so be sure to check out the store for new frames!
